ORGANIC COLD EXTRACTED EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OILS

The fruity taste characterizes the extra virgin organic olive oil " BETTINI". The limited production ensures the quality. It's ideal for whom chooses a healthy nutrition. It's suitable with any sort of cooking, is an extraordinary dressing for the typical foods of the Mediterranean diet.

The company "Azienda Bettini", following the guidelines of organic production, commercializes an organic olive oil cold extracted from olives organically farmed, and certified according to the regulation CEE 2092/91 about the production of a organic product. 
Our Organic extra virgin olive oils are obtained only by olives harvested from our orchads. Infact it is also certified according Italian Rules as 100% produced in italy.

The bottling process is carry out by completely closed bottling machine with automated filling lines. In this system air is blow into the bottles first to clean them. Finally the bottles are automatically closed with screw cap and shrink-wrap capsules.

 

Different olive oils complement different foods and uses. Our Organic extra virgin olive "Leccio" it is recommended  on mozzarella or for bread dipping. We love it also on the “bruschetta”, vinaigrette or sprinkled on various steamed vegetables, salads such as farro salad. While the oil "CHUSE I RENARI"  it is particularly worthy on cooked meat or steaks as well as on "bruschetta" or on various steamed vegetables and potatoes.

The specific characteristic of the two kind of extra virgin organic olive oils cold extracted pruced in our farm are below reported.

1) The medium-high fruity: extra virgin olive oil from organic farming (cold extracted) "CHIUSE I RENARI"

  • Harvest: manual.

  • Harvest period: before second week of november (when the single fruit is half green and half brown-violet)

  • Cultivar (orchad trees type): Moraiolo, Frantoio, Leccino

  • Extraction: cold extracted using continuos method.

  • Appearance: clear (filtered).

  • Color: yellow-green reflex.

  • Taste: fruity (medium to high)

2) The low fruity: extra virgin olive oil from organic farming (cold extracted) "LECCIO"

  • Harvest: manual.

  • Harvest period: before second week of november (when the single fruit is half green and half brown-violet)

  • Cultivar (orchad trees type): Leccino and frantoio

  • Extraction: cold extracted using continuos method.

  • Appearance: clear (filtered).

  • Color: yellow-green reflex.

  • Taste: fruity (low to medium)
