Harverst 2007 (campaign 2007-2008)
The delicate and fruity taste characterizes the extra virgin organic olive
oil " BETTINI". The limited production ensures the quality. It's
ideal for whom chooses a healthy nutrition. It's suitable with any sort of
cooking, is an extraordinary dressing for the typical foods of the
Mediterranean diet.
The company "Azienda
Bettini", following the guidelines of bio-production, commercializes
an olive oil extracted from olives organically farmed, and certified
accordingly to the regulation CEE 2092/91 about the production of a
biological product.
ICEA, according Regulation
CEE 2092/91 certified that the controlled farm " BETTINI" of Bettini
Domenico located in the district Rignano of the town of Montefalco (Perugia)
Italy, produces organic extra virgin olive oil (organic farmer code: IT ICA L475). The specific characteristic of
the two extra virgin organic olive oils cold extracted "BETTINI"
are below reported.
